At the end of the day, you can’t spot reduce body fat. However, here’s some things you can do to improve the specific area you struggle with
Build Lean Tissue At The Area
By building lean tissue in the area, you improve the shape of the area and make it more likely to see definition. If you’re someone who’s already lost a significant amount of fat and is currently at a healthy body fat percentage, this is likely your best option to begin with.
Increase Movement
By increasing movement, either resistance training or cardio, you can reduce total body fat, which will in turn at some point reduce the body fat of the area you’d like.
Reduce Caloric Intake
Similar to increasing movement, a reduction in caloric intake is a step to take in reducing total body fat.
Those last few pounds of your struggle area is always a bit of a grind. There’s now way around it, if you’re already at a relatively lean body fat percentage and still struggle with an area, it’s going to take time, effort, and patience. But, on the bright side, that time, effort, and patience, will pay off! Unlike those scummy supplements and fitness companies with false claims.
